CARE FOR A SPOT OF TEA AND A CHAT?

A Timeless Tradition: Afternoon Tea with the Connecticut Unit Tea Group

Originating in the 1400s by the Duchess of Bedford as a mid-afternoon refreshment between luncheon and dinner, afternoon tea remains a beloved tradition worldwide. In Connecticut, the Tea Group carries on this custom with monthly gatherings in members’ homes. Here, they explore a variety of teas, cold brews, and infusions, while indulging in delicious sweets, savory dishes, and freshly baked scones with generous servings of clotted cream and preserves.

Join us for our monthly tea gatherings! Delight in exquisite teas, scrumptious treats, and wonderful company. Come sip, savor, and share in the tradition. We can’t wait to see you there!
